Pros

These decora 3-way slide dimmers are an excellent product. Save at least 50% off of what home depot and lowe's were charging.

This is the only dimmer switch i could find with a minimalistic slider. The brightness adjustment is small, but it gives wide range based on my light fixtures. Fit in outlet with plenty of room for the wire nuts.

Cons

Failing after 4 years is inexcusable. I feel like they will quit selling soon after they get sued for houses burning down!

The toggle simply was gone. Did not come with the yellow wire connectors or instructions for installation. Comes with a huge box in the back, which is a deal-breaker if you have a tight space.

Love the product installed all new dimmable lights in the house and this was easy to install.

Easy to install but my only complaint is that there is a small delay for the light to turn on when flicking the switch.

The feel of the dimmer is lower quality than a more expensive brand, excellent for low use areas.

I replaced 3 others that were a different brand because of bad dimmers.
