Pros

The current part supersedes the original. There is a slight difference in shaft size. Now i need to buy a new knob and hope it fits.

Cons

The core that the knob sit on is so tight you can't turn the timer to the proper setting. The timer knob keeps stripping. Resulting in broken knobs. The next 3 have been non-working/arrived broken replacements.

A year later & the product is broken. Humidity detection mode no loner runs for more than 5 minutes regardless where i place the dial. Sent it to amazon and got a full refund.

Very easy to install and is working well now

Easy to install, no problem,a little stiff at first, but just fine nowservice ,as advertised

Everything worked well for two days then the knob turned as if the shaft was stripped.
