Overall it's a good device and i hope the day i need it to do it's job it works. Works great, just a little disappointing. Made well. I anticipate it will continue to work well.

In came in an undamaged box with the cord neatly wrapped, but the surge protector was scratched in multiple places and a bit dirty.
