Pros

The part fits and appears to be functioning properly. Replaced a cracked one in our dishwasher. Save a lot of money making this diy repair.

Took 10 minutes and saved $200. Works as expected and arrived on time. Just as ordered.

Incredibly easy to install with literally zero experience doing this. Was fairly easy to installed. Refer to youtube for installation directions.

Broken upon arrival. Showed up with 3 plastic parts broken, 2 springs laying in the bag, and the main mechanism not attached.
