I had hoped to simply rotate the plate, but the four screws are placed in a rectangle instead of square making this impossible.

This little gadget cost me under $30 & with the help of a youtube video, my husband & i were able to install it.

Instead of spending a ton of money on a new dishwasher.

It's just a bit noisier than the original but for 20+bucks who cares.

The replacement was on sale for $400 and another $100 to deliver and hook it up.
