Pros
They have 4 * to control on, off, brighten, and dim. It is possible to program the behavior of the led indicator on the ge/jasco devices. Here are some hints to help other installers.
Works well with adt pulse controller and ge 45601 remote controller. Works very well with samsung smartthings hub. Probably one of the most reliable z-wave setups.
The video is done by jasco products and is easy to follow. Nothing fancy.
Wiring is slightly different than a traditional 3 way so an understanding of electrical circuitry helps. You also need to designate a traveler wire which will allow the * switch to communicate with the master.
Just tie into the traveler and neutral for the circuit.
Cons
Ge's z-wave 3-way dimmers are problematic to install. None of them are designed to work with florescent bulbs. What is the point of having the led light on the main switch if you aren't going to put it on the aux switch?
Instructions are garbage. Really fiddly to get working. Seller claims these are newer, but i don't think they should be claiming any ge label when there isn't one.
Still have the dimming. Lights flicker when dimmed too low, the traveler wire has to be no longer than 20-25ft (the shorter the better from what i'm told) messed up with led's and 3way installation is random.

They are also big, so the box is going to need careful sizing and routing of the wires.
Competitiveness
This is a major improvement over competitors.
Awesome switches just as good as any other zwave switch on the market at a lower cost.
The switches i received were the jasco/ge 45712 dimmer and jasco/ge 45710 add-on switch.
As others have mentioned these are jasoc branded switches and not ge.

My only complaint is that it turns on and off slowly so someone that’s not used to it thinks they didn’t turn it off and repeatedly hits the off button

This was not a problem as jasco builds ge switches and having seen both they are identical and the one i received was a newer model although cant tell the difference looking at them side by side
