Pros

Wink and wink 2 are easy to install and easy to program. Works great with alexa via the samsung smartthings hub. Works with alexa to turn on and off lights. Works well with wink and wink 2.

Cons

The app works intermittently. Works 1 in 5 tries or so. Totally useless. Try resetting to factory settings and nothing.

Ge z-wave outdoor outlet fails to pair with smartthings hub. It is an outdoor module that says do not expose to rain.

I am really disappointed that ge is producing this inferior product.

With the remote i can control a lot of electronics.

This was very easy to set up with the samsung smart things hub.

I don't actually like this product, but i don't want to give it a bad rating either.

Competitiveness

They can be used to do the same for holiday lights or anything you need a 110v automated on-off capability added.

Perfect for outdoor holiday lights with a z-wave controller hub like wink or smartthings.

The zwave control doesn't even regerster on my electric usage.

Now alexa (via my smartthings hub) turns them on and off whenever we ask her.
