Fixed my broken vertical blind so now they all open and close with the wand.
In the process of getting up and down they broke multiple vertical blinds - making it so that they no longer worked in synch with the rest.

This piece gear is small and when you somehow break a slat at say the connection point and you take out that slats connection point this little gear will fall out and you are stuck scratching your head why slat doesnt work anymore

It turns out that the gears had broken and fallen out after being forced too many times

The other end is sticking out of the carrier and not set yet

Turn the shaft that turns the gears so that the geared shaft pushes the end that is in position outward away from the center
