I had to unbolt the radiator top supports lean it forward remove the fan shroud then unbolt the four bolts that hold the plastic inner fan air deflector that sits between the fan and the engine once you lean that forward you’ll be able to get the thin wrench part around the fan clutch hex shaft

I kept slipping off that water pump pulley while trying to hold the wrench at the same time

My fix was to put a 24 extension through the water pump pulley and ran it over to the frame rail using the wrench to break the pumpfan assembly loose
