Pros

Just needed a 16mm gear wrench to add to my tool box. Gearing is great.

Cons

It frequently locks and you have to jiggle it around a bit to make it work again. Gearwrences are good until they aren't and you find that out when you whack a finger or two when the ratchet mechanism wear out.
