I replaced my laptop with this computer and i am very happy with the size, performance, features, power and speed.

I have had this computer running for at least a month and it just keeps on ticking.

I had a few issues starting out but the support team has been prompt and very easy to work with.

The current machine is a it12 with 32gb ram 1tb ssd.

Shipping

I had an issue with my order but they responded promptly and did everything they could to make it right.

They were able to find it once i sent a screenshot of the order from amazon.

I returned the computer and it took a month to get reimbursed.
