Pros

It's plenty powerful for my needs (i'm not a gamer), and it has handled everything i've thrown at it. A link to the zip file needed to update the bios and instructions were provided. Here is my one real complaint, the fan is louder than expected.

Overall, it's a great computer for the price.

If you want an outstanding mini pc, that is very reasonably priced, then look no further.

Fast and secure shipping and so far, it's a great addition to my home office setup.

The computer was delivered by amazon two days after purchase.

Not very impressed obviously so i had to take that sucker to ups for the return.

Competitiveness

Very good at a fraction of the price of better known brands.

I'd bought another brand based on price and specs that was doa.

Not only is the geekom a first class product, their customer service ethic puts their competitors to shame.

Of course this is in comparison to my work laptop which is basically silent.
