Pros & Cons
Pros
There is a zipped pocket at the front which is large enough to take my samsung a32 galaxy phone. It fits a 2l water bladder for long runs or alternatively a lunch box if you run commute. The zip pocket is perfect for my key.
Fits well, lightweight, doesn't restrict movement or bounce around. I fill to about 1l and it sloshes but with headphones i don't hear that. Really lightweight, comfy and the straps are soft so they don't rub etc.
Because i have a short torso the top chest strap cuts across the middle of my * but it's not really noticeable while running. There’s a bit of adjusting to do so that the pack fits comfortably and doesn’t jog up and down when you run.
Cons
It is a lot smaller in person than shown on the picture. Very, very small.
