I am not naive enough to use them as a be all and end all when making my decision to purchase or not i try to dismiss the top and bottom 10 of the reviews to weed out both the people who just use the reviews to have a moan and the obvious verified reviewers that may have an association with the item

I contacted amazon and it does appear that they have followed up my concerns thank you and the reviews look like they are more representative of the products true worth
