I have trouble sleeping with large pillows, but these are quite unique.
But this is a good quality pillow in my opinion, just won't buy for $20.
Bought on sale and am happy with what i received for the price but would not pay full price for.

I was trying to purchase one for myself but the price has now increased to $20.

It was shipped airtight and did inflate when i removed packaging, however, it feels very thin so far.
