Pros & Cons
Pros
It has some mild whine/humming if you listen closely, but nothing major.
Cons
Fan is so loud that i can't be in the room without ear protection. Not that it hurts but it is so annoying. Not as quiet as rated. Seller's warranty is very ambiguous.
Highlights
Quality
Hydrostatic bearing fans have longest life span so bought this for the headunit heatsink.
I use a lot of gelid stuff, great quality and performance.
Make sure that you get rid of [unnecessary] shrouds around it, as they cause a suprising amount of noise and inhibit airflow.
The ender 3 v2 specifically is guilty of putting an extra shroud over it that is very resitrictive.
Price
Well worth it if your overclocking your ram!
Competitiveness
This was a direct drop in replacement for a capcom cps-2 b-board fan.
It's a noticeable difference, but probably not as different as you'll be expecting.

The stock fan which was on the verge of failure after 3 years is notorious for being a bit noisy and i was hoping the gelid would be notably quieter

Still its a small fan and it has to turn reasonable rpms to do a decent job cooling in the end id rather have the ssds run at lower temps and not risk failure
