These were exact replacements for original knobs damaged by heat from the oven door being left open

While its a nice stove the knobs were cheap lightweight plastic and looked like they had tin foil on them

From what ive read the previous homeowner must have left the oven door open while it was hot and the heat started to disintegrate the knobs hence the tin foil look
