Highlights
Quality
Very happy with the final result using this to finish a solid cherry quilt storage and display case that doubles as a bench.
Very easy to apply and has a very matte finish with minimal color change.
We’ve used it twice daily for a month and have no stains or water marks.
I put two coats of this on a butcher block slab i cut and stained to create a standing desktop.
Price
A little pricey per ounce but i think it’s worth it.
I figured i didn't have anything to lose but $35 to try it, so i did.
Packaging/appearance
This is a great product, but the packaging is not good.
Competitiveness
I’ve worked with many finishes from poly’s to other brand names top coats and this is the absolute best.
Compared to polycrylic, this product is heaven lol.
I tried a different approach this time and used an oil-based stain and this water-based topcoat.
Now if only my stain of another brand had gone on as well, i’d be even happier.
