This looks like an oem dell monitor stand and it definitely and feels like one haha.
Instead it just slowly collapses down to the lowest setting.

However it has issues with 32 displays the spring tension is almost but not quite strong enough to hold my 32 display at an adjusted height

The rotation only goes one way but still is a good stand

I believe that the interior construction is metal including the spring which means im not worried about my monitor falling but im not sure if at some point the housing will crack
