Today my board is having connection issues but its more than that going on

I got off turned it back on and the battery level went from 4 lights to 1 and it wouldnt sync up to my controller

I turned it off and back on and 4 lights lit up n it synced so i got on to ride and it went for a few seconds and it turned off again and my battery was reading only one light again and it unsynced again

Every time i turn on the board its ready to go until i get on to go and then it turns off sometimes right away sometimes ill make it a whole block but then it shuts off and reads 1 battery light when battery is full

Somethings wrong with the electronics but ive puta couple hundred gps tracked miles so maybe its time for an overhaul

Ill find out what the company says when i contact them and say its been 3 months and its not rideable
