Genuine fred perched sponges are so cute, and practical! They make a great housewarming basket addition or stocking stuffer. I like my sponges to be a little less stiff, but if that were the case in this product, the birdie would wilt!

It does a good job cleaning everything i have used it for and the odd shapes get into nooks and crannies easily. They work nicely as sponges, but honestly i'm not using them for heavy scrubbing jobs because i want them to last.

They attach on a little wooden suction cup perch to your sink, or backsplash. It's one of the cutest kitchen accents i've come across. Everyone in the household respects the bird perch.

The “scrubber” part is very thin. The suction cup is just so-so. When the sponge is wet, it becomes too top heavy and falls over or swivels around to the bottom and falls off.

As far as a useable sponge, they are average. The bird print is on cheap felt on one side of the sponge, followed by a layer of terrible flimsy sponge, with a scrubbing pad on the back.
