Pros
Belts on hoover vacuums are often an easy way to fix problems with the roll brush or the self-propelled function. I have a hoover wind tunnel (uh5005b) and this belt fits great. My vacuum now works, so this was the right part.
Cons
The description says 2 pack of hoover part #38528034. Too much play. Had to rig the brush in order to get tension. Brock after two weeks not very good sorry.

I actually ordered two belts so i could have one as a spare and the price is right too.
Still, it's exactly what i needed at an amazingly cheap price!
Packaging/appearance
My hoover windtunnel was squealing and the brushroll was not working all the time.
Item condition new as expected, however i thought i would be receiving hoover product in manufacturer packaging.
Competitiveness
This is a good value for a hoover windtunnel self-propelled drive belt.
They cost a fraction more than generic but are well worth the extra cost.

Just make sure this is the correct belt for the model you own find model number on vacuum to verify

This is the v belt not the main flat belt that needs routine replacement about every 6 months or sooner if items stop the beaterbrushes from turning accompanied by the disgusting smell of burning rubber
