Packaging/appearance
It’s easy to remove from the pot because it doesn’t get as hot asa metal dish.
It was dificult to take out o the instapot.
I have not had any problems reassembling the pot after washing in the dishwasher.

The other thing that was disappointing was the lack of any kind of handle the same for their steamer basket the sling is a separate purchase

Then again it is wrapped but the ring so it is not an issue function wise
