Pros

The genuine joe dispenser flows the soap in 2 to 3 pumps. Works exactly like our other one from home depot, for a fraction of the cost. Have to pump it a bunch for a lot of soap but also minimal drips after use on the floor.

Cons

They start to drip soap after a couple years. Leaked all down the side of my kennels. Do not use the sticky pad.
