This mounts verticule not horizonal so it is harder to get to than the pics show

I had the same high fan only on my 2013 tacoma

I took it apart and cleaned the connectors and bought myself time and stayed away from medium high and it worked for a few months

I bought this kit before my blower fan failed again so with a working blower i then i used a 732 socket in place of the 5

I used a us socket 732 and pliers to get the two hex heads off

Then i replaced the old connector as follows spliced in the new connector with 14 gauge crimp connectors and then put heat shrink marine electrical sleeve over the whole splice
