They fit perfectly on our sennheiser rs180 headphones, appear to be high quality, and are very comfortable.
Original pads on my 160 model are vinyl and my ears were sweating in 2 minutes.
The pads we were replacing were the originals and in sad shape, about6 or 8 years old!
Price
The only gripe i have is: they were expensive.
Worked great although a little to expensive to be a real bargain.
Shipping
It took a while to arrive, but according to the deadlines they had given me, that is, they met the deadlines.
Packaging/appearance
Came when expected, looked great fit great, restored my headphones back to "new" condition
Came as expected they fit the headphones.

Take the ear pads out of the package and put them on the headphones and you are done
