Pros
Product does what it says on the tin. Sturdy, does the job. Thickness - fine.
Colour-coded inlay makes wiring easy. Easy to install by popping modules out of faceplate. Needed to run a lan cable from one room to another.
Cons
Wiring diagram inside the cat5 port is incorrect and didn't tally up with standard cat5 cabling. Maybe just a faulty one.

My insertion device not up to scratch so a few problems not caused by faceplate

In the end i gave up and did away with this plate and instead just hard wired a regular connector to plug into my ethernet socket

I fitted it into a standard surface box so had to nip off the small side locator lugs

These plates arent a fixed block but consist of a blank faceplate preloaded with rj45 socket modules

Id have thought supplying cable ties would be a given but there you go
