This would happen regardless of internet provider or console sony replaced my ps5 twice due to power issuesi recently signed up for sky gigafast fibre optics which has up to 900 mbps speeds but i was never getting top speeds and my download speeds on my ps5 were as low as 60 mbps on a wired connection

I did some research and found out the issue could have been the actual ethernet cable i was using which was a cat 7
