I purchased my fridge in july 2016 and it is fitted with an old filter case which houses da00003f it is sold by samsung as hafinexp

There are bascially two models and the filters you buy which are genunie samsung parts are both genuine parts one is the old model ending in f and the other is new model which ends in g if you have the f you need to get your fridge fitted with a new filter adaptor which is supplied free of charge by samsung if your fridge is still in warranty if not you can buy one for £40 from samsungs approved parts supplier

I can not understand how it is possible to send something different from the advertised as you can see in the photo
