Pros
Product is exactly the same as the original. It is slightly darker than the original, which could be due to sun fading. Priced better than anywhere else!
Fits great, but be careful you don't also break the tabs inserting it as it is very easy to do. Easy enough to install once i got the door panel off. Fits like a glove.
Hooks on the bottom end hooks into the door panel. Pry from the top right side edge above the small rectangular cutout. It's completely flush with the door.
Cons
Wrong part for my 04 rav. It's not worth the bother to send it back.

Also, the small plastic tab on the bottom side is very unforgiving: breaks easily if someone tries to pry from the bottom.

Similarly to how other reviewers described it my old panel had broken such that when i pressed the buttons they sunk into the panel instead of being pressed

There were 3 phillips head screws not included that i unscrewed from the old panel and into the new panel

Then i inserted the bottom end into place first and lowered the top part nearest the door lock button into place until it clicked
