Start by rolling the window down halfway

At the same time with a small flathead screwdriver maybe 14 width push in on where the protruding tab is on the above clip and itll release then pull up the rest of the way working towards the mirror with just using your hands and the whole thing should come off

Be careful not to scratch the paint with the screwdriver andor the metal tab once removed
