What likely happened in those cases is someone at some point swapped their oem blades for nonoem replacements hence why they wouldn’t fit

Dont replace the entire assembly with a lowquality aftermarket part

But it is just the rubber piece so you must carefully remove the old rubber blade fish the two wire side pieces out of it install the two wire side pieces into this new rubber blade and then carefully reinsert the whole assembly back into the wiper arm

Seems like the only windshield wiper that can fit as well
