The original wipers worked great until the rubber got stiff

But it is just the rubber piece so you must carefully remove the old rubber blade fish the two wire side pieces out of it install the two wire side pieces into this new rubber blade and then carefully reinsert the whole assembly back into the wiper arm

Do not forget to transfer the metal supports from your old blades or else they will not work properly
