The unit snaps into the side of the washer fluid reservoir which on a 2003 corolla is right in front of the passenger side front wheel

Remove a few bolts on the bumper and you can pull the washer motor right out the side of the reservoir

If you have washer fluid in the reservoir you are going to want to put a bucket down because it will start to drain out until you get the replacement snapped in place
