Took me about 2 hours due to running into a few hiccups. Put the wheel liner back on using new clips.

Item works flawlessly in my 99 toyota 4runner! Direct replacement for 2000 4runner. Fit great. Identical to original part.

Feels very sturdy and should last a long time, but time will tell. Easy install. Easy to install and so far has worked as advertised.
