Apparently the first pin position clipped by the notch is not used in the ignition lock.

It unlocks the car and starts the car perfectly.

This saved me a lot of money from going to the dealer to have it done.

Total cost was way below the cost propose by the dealership!

Checked out with toyota the cost of cutting it, and it was $25.

Be aware that the 2018 sienna requires programming by the toyota dealer or by a competent automobile locksmith.
