Pros

Sw pota has removable ceramic plates. The plates are removeable and dishwasher safe. The removable plates clean very easily.

Super slick. It's adequate is all i can say. The only problem was that it was damaged during delivery.

This grill does a great job grilling burgers. It grills three 1/3 pound burgers. Cooks 2 steaks or 4 hamburgers or 6 hot dogs. I'll be trying some grilled zucchini and grilled cheese sandwiches next!

Heats quickly. Even heating and cooking. Holds temp well. Design and detachable hot surfaces help.

Cons

Biggest complaint is the supposedly improved non stick coating. The removable cooking trays are very difficult to put back on. Also it takes forever to heat up. It also burns any juices on the bottom tray while reheating.

This thing is garbage. My model from 2010 is still 10x better than this. Junk now in trash can. Lasted 7 months.

Will sale at asap. I am super disappointed as is my family.
