Pros
In normal mode, also makes great toasted sandwiches. Great for cooking cheese on toast using the melt function. Variable temp control is very good option for better cooking control.
Removable plates (beige in colour), easy to clean. Easy to remove and wash in the dishwasher.
Excellent grill. Wouldnt hesitate to tell others to buy one. My mum has one and they recommended it. Well worth the money.
Cons
White removable plates are rubbish. The ceramic plates are washable but not non stick. Food is ruined by almost gluing to the plates and the gunk won't come off, even in the dishwasher.
Nice looking, but seriously flawed. Not really worthy of a rating at all. Couldn't get through to anyone on the helpline.
Some of the poorest build quality i've seen. Woefully inadequate packaging. Failed to tell you what temperature each heat setting reaches. Returned for refund.

This replaced my old grill and melt machine which was very good apart from 2 gripes the plates were hard to clean and the preset temperature was not adjustable and too hot and would often burn the outside to cook the inside particularly for burgers
