Easy to cook and grill. Definitely faster than cooking with charcoal grills. I like grilling, but sometimes both gas and charcoal grilling can be too much hassle.

It is very easy to disassemble for cleanup. Cleaning is a breeze thanks to the enamel non-stick surface.

The downward * allows for easy catching of the fat which is a useful feature. It is lightweight, and so easy to reposition if necessary. Wish it attached the stand a little more sturdy.

Cleaning is easy with wet paper towel or a wet sponge. The ceramic surface is nonstick and easy to clean.

Low setting is good to keep food warm, while high setting is hot enough to creat a nice sear mark on the food. A dial with 5 selection is used to control heat level.

This is just another kitchen gadget that has no real benefit over something like the lodge cast iron grill/griddle. The cooking surface heats unevenly. It is wobbly on the stand.
