I only bought these because i lost one of the original plates and hated the cross hatch factory top plate because it was a pain to clean even after using the damp paper towel method to steam clean them

All i have to do is let them sit in hot soapy water for a couple of minutes and everything just wipes right off

Cleaning was a nightmare as it would take extensive scrubbing and even resort to using steel wool not supposed to

Now to compare to this set food never sticks to the plates and to clean i just have to rinse with hot water and all the residue comes right off
