I know some of the new ones have bells and whistles like temperature control and removable platters to clean but the version we got does not have those features

At first i wondered if this just wasnt a grill at all but simply a panini maker since out of the box it just lies flat on the counter doesnt tilt forward for the grease to drip out like the classic slanted design

Our last one was not a george foreman and the temperature would not stay consistent plus the hinges broke
