That's where the good ended. That's what's frustrating. It seems like the newer they get, the less quality they contain" - eta. This grill is horrible.

The grill has no heating power. The temp light keeps flashing although it beeped that the temp was met. The heating is inconsistent and the lighted timer quit working.

The gf is incapable of searing meat and does not leave grill marks. Took the plates off to wash them, then got the dreaded op error after reattachment. No amount of readjustment of the plates fixes this issue.
