Pros

The only negative is that it only cooks 2 hamburger patties at the same time. It’s great for me as i use it to cook only one patty.

Heats up fast. Best thing of all, has the variable temp control slider.

Plates snap into place easily and really hold. Perfect for storing in small places. It is a little bulky but i expected that for the most part. The only issue is it doesn't store easily, because of the awkward backend where the cord sits.

Cons

There are so many nooks and crannies that it's not easy to clean well. The drip pan is a joke in this model. The only pro to this grill is the removable plates for easy cleaning.

Serving indoor panini grill is a real piece of junk! It says 5 servings, but it just about holds two full size burgers. Even when i season pork chops or chicken, it comes out pale and bland.
