Quality
For the burgers i went by the book that came with the grill for heat and time and they came out perfect.
The drip tray also attaches and stores with the machine, so everything just fits together as one unit- which is really nice.
The leaflet that comes with the machine recommends times for each type of food and was about right.
I also cooked some bacon on it for the paninis.
Shipping
This one is fast, easy to clean and hold 4 to 5 huge burgers.
Packaging/appearance
The grill itself came packaged well and worked perfectly right out of the box.
The grill plates washed off in the sink with soap, water, and one of those plastic scrubbers.
