Pros
Perfect family size grill. Great recipes and cooking times for various meats, fish etc in instruction booklet. A steak can be grilled to perfection in 2 minutes.
I particularly like the clip in drip tray as our last model constantly leaked onto the worktop. Arrived well packaged, and in good condition. Also extra 1 year warranty when registered online.
Cons
Quite disappointing. Sent back for full refund. Could not be bothered to send it back.
Heats up fast, cooks fast, breaks faster. No temperature control so it cooks everything to a set temperature. If you have patience it’s fine, but over 30 mins to cook bacon?
This (large)only fits 3 at a squish. I bought this to replace my old gf grill, but i'm sorry i did, it's pathetic.
The grill itself is bulky and you cannot lock the plates closed so moving it about is a hassle. The plates are not detachable. Difficult to clean and no heat control.

Packaging/appearance
The packaging box came with holes, but not sure if it was from seller, delivery or amazon locker business.

But only gripe is there’s no lock when storing so handling of the product is difficult as it will swing open if you don’t take care

Made the mistake of buying a cheaper version which lasted exactly 1 month before loosing its nonstick

Heats up efficiently and quickly no onoff switch so use the plug socket

Some reviewers have also complained that its difficult to clean its really isnt if you stick to the obvious cooking area
