Pros
Tough pen with a great quality refill. Great pen. The refills seem a little expensive though i have never owned anything other than disposable pens before.
The glass breaker is a tungsten carbide tip so it actually works fine as a scribe for marking metal. Very useful and practical.
Writes great, durable. I work as a paramedic and part time firefighter, a good solid quality writing instrument is a must. Has some good weight to it because of its solid construction, but it would likely be tiring to write with.
Construction/machining keeps it from slipping out of hand when writing. It is quite heavy in hand which in turns reassure me about the quality.
Cons
The pen cartridge often fails to write randomly while y our writing. A smaller clip is means more drag of weight in a typical pocket. The return period just expired so i can't even return it. It's now flat!

The pen tip sticks out more then the glass breaker does so it would get in the way when you use it

As long as you keep the glass breaker tip rotated above the pen point while writing it wont really get in the way

There is only one flaw with this pen and that is that the clicker mechanism is flat out terrible
