Pros & Cons
Pros
I'm one of those guys who always carries a pocketknife. This works great in our roadside kits, as it gives us the convenience of a multitool, without risking getting us fired for having it.
It's tsa compliant but not all tsa guys may see it that way. Be careful with international travel though. Will allow you to tackle small jobs while travelling and you don't have to check it in your luggage.
The dime's pivots also use torx (t-8) screws, but if you plan to adjust them, you'll need two bits. The flathead screwdriver is 5/8 long and has a 1/4 wide tip. The pivots are 5/32 thick.
Wire cutters can cut coat hanger without deforming. They're two pieces of metal, soldered together. It retains the belly of the dime's blade. The scissors are spring-loaded.
Cons
E. Looks cool but not practical. I hate the bottle opener that sticks out of one end, as i thought that folded up somehow but it doesn't.
Highlights
Quality
I haven't really used it the knife so i can't comment on the quality - it seems fine.
Overall, i'm pleased with the dime travel.

Its primary problems are that its bolts have been over tightened so that its hard to use several of the gadgets and that it does not appear to be compatible with european travel regulations

Apparently they cant tell if it is a full size multitool or a mini one on the scan so they asked my to take it out of my backpack and put it in the bag with my liquids so they could see it instead of finding it on the scan
