It is solidly built with most of its weight in the 3-ply stainless steel pan body.
This is real cookware not stamped cut aluminum formed into a pan.
It even stayed hot, and was too hot to handle, for several minutes after being removed from the heat.

It might be an expensive pan but it is worth every penny!
Totally worth its price for the great quality of it.
