Pros

Good backup multitool, but doesn't replace the full size gerber or leatherman. Overall i see all the kinks and bugs they work out. My favorite multi tool.

The blade (serrated portion included) is good and sharp. The p2 screwdriver is strong. I like the factor that it has scissor on it and still gets the job.

Holster is pretty durable. Included holster makes it handy to keep with you. But the pouch isn't what i bought it for, so it still gets 5.

Cons

Easiest way to get bad and unreliable reputation is not to check that item you send as replacement is correct one. My faith in gerber is gone.

The item is not as pictured. The knife blade is shorter and not even close to the one pictured. I suspect gerber made special edition of 400 series with non-usable blade.

Easy to use, robust no real faults

This tool is well made and light weight.

The case is still in one piece as well being put on and taken off a belt five days a week.

Liked the tool but after some time spring on scissor broke making scissor not usable.

Price

Great price for this product and comes with a carrying case.

Would certainly recommend to others for an affordable and useful tool.

At this price point it's worth having around if only in your car or something else in that "junk" drawer.

Good deal for what you pay for.

I've been through three or four pouches in that time but they have always been sent for free to me from gerber.

Competitiveness

I've been through many brands but this is by far the best.

It never occurred to me to look at a different brand or model when i lost my original mp400.

I have recently been looking at the other gerber multitools to add to the collection at some point as well.
