For the money, it's a decent medium duty multi-tool.

I’d get both but that gerber was always in my gear just like my mini bible

I prefer the gerber because it has rounded edges that dont dig into ones hands when applying pressure to the pliers and its various tools lock in place leathermans knife blades often folded back and cut my fingers

Gerbers tools fold inside the plier handles resulting in no hard edges that limit how much 34grip34 one can apply not a problem if wearing gloves

However gerbers knife blades would be more useful if longer and the phillips screwdriver is nearly flat limiting its utility to smaller screws
